Welcome to Staypins. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of staypins.com and related services provided by Staypins (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Accounts.
- Provide accurate, current information when registering and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at legal@staypins.com.
Listings & conduct.
Landlords are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, including pricing, availability, descriptions, and photos. Tenants are responsible for the accuracy of inquiries and messages. You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
- Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.
- Circumvent security, scrape data without permission, or interfere with the Service’s operation.
- Violate any applicable housing, advertising, or consumer protection laws.
Role of Staypins.
Staypins is a platform that connects landlords and tenants. We are not a party to any rental agreement, lease, or transaction between users. We do not own, manage, sell, or lease any of the properties listed.
Fees.
Some features may be offered for a fee. Applicable fees, billing terms, and refund policies will be presented before you incur a charge.
Intellectual property.
The Staypins name, logo, and Service content (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Service.
Termination.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Disclaimers.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that it will meet your requirements.
Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staypins will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Changes to these terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Staypins is established, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
